Weather statistics
Two weather stations have been installed in spring 2024,
named Ecowitt (commercial) and Rockdahouse
(built in house and includes sky webcam). Based on these night records
(between sunset and sunrise, taken in 5 min increments), we calculated the following annual
statistics:
Ecowitt humidity:
Period: 27 Apr 2024 - 26 Apr 2025
Annual night median humidity value: 68%
Note: We suspect that the 2024/25 winter was the wettest during the last 5 years.

62% of total night time (typical as lower yellow threshold at professional observatories)

Note: The actual clear time is less, because clouds could cover the sky during some time when humidity remains below the above thersholds.

Conclusion:
With one complete year (Apr 2024 - Apr 2025) of night data which included possibly the wettest spring in the last 5 years, our AstroFarm location showed a fraction of observable time (humidity and clear skies) of at least 60%: the temperature being acceptable (median value +13C), and the wind relatively low (median value 1.8 m/s), blowing mostly from East.The current Ecowitt weather statistics (26 Apr 2024 - present) are available here.
